It takes incredible dedication to form a non-profit real estate development corporation. Our Board of Directors is made up of members committed to the Whidbey Island community, and they bring their skills, passion, and energy to establish the foundation for HOW to support a thriving and resilient community by creating homes that people can afford.

HOW’s Board is elected by the organization’s members with representation coming from the general island community, resident homeowners (future potential homeowners currently), and public representatives with specific technical capacities.
