It is up to us all to ensure that Whidbey Island has a resilient and thriving community. Membership is compromised of both island community members and residents of our homes. Each year members elect the Board of Directors, and help to shape the future of the organization and the community at large. Membership starts at $25/year, but we appreciate any level of support you are able to contribute.

HOWclt is a member run non-profit organization. All HOW home residents are members, as are engaged community members that wish to see the island community flourish for years to come.
